A post on ModelMayhem today was brought to my attention, and while I don't know the source for it, I hope it's completely true:

His duties will include developing and managing relationships with the professional makeup artist community in North America, support of the Make Up For Ever Academy US, as well as overseeing an elite group of artists specially trained to represent the brand’s unique professional DNA. He will also serve as research and product development adviser to Dany Sanz, creator and artistic director of the Make Up For Ever brand in Paris. Based in New York, Bennett reports to Gilles Kortzagadarian, General Manager of Make Up For Ever, US."
